Let’s be honest, frame manufacturing is no rocket science yet is always full of unpredictability, especially since the Covid-19. Fortunately, we’ve gone through all sorts of obstacles and risks one can possibly imaging over the past 18 years, while delivering over 10 millions of (e)bike frames. Therefore, we deeply know what’s expected to ensure a great and safe ride!
Under ISO 9001:2015, our quality initiatives run through development all the way to production phases. As we kicked off the project, stringent feasibility analysis will be carried out by a dedicated team consisting of R&D, production and QA personnel in order to ensure high-level operational efficiency in the later, production stages while minimizing the uncertainty.
Given our profound experience in the industry, we design and create sophisticated production jigs, fixtures and inspection gauges for shock mount width & alignment, BB width, wheel symmetry, head tube ID, disk brake mount centricity, seat tube diameter & reaming depth…etc you name it. This is not only to optimize the manufacturing accuracy, but also to minimize the corrective cost by taking preventative measures ahead.
Upon pilot run and the mass production that follows right after, well-defined IQC, IPQC, FOC and QQC are carefully executed to achieve stable quality and on-time delivery and decent transparency.
Going below standards may dissatisfy or discourage the customers for coming for the second time, the fact that we keep delivering to reputable industry players for over 10 years proves how reliable we are.
